2. Service Agreement
2.1. Scope of Work: We will provide WordPress development services as outlined in the project proposal or agreement. Any changes to the scope of work must be documented and agreed upon by both parties.
2.2. Payment: Clients are required to pay a 50% advance payment before the project commences. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and client approval. In the event of project cancellation or termination, the client may be liable for work completed up to that point.
3. Project Timelines
We will provide estimated project timelines in our proposal, but please note that these are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to client delays, additional requirements, or third-party dependencies.
4. Refund Policy
4.1. 100% Refund: If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services, the client is entitled to a 100% refund of the advance payment.
4.2. Non-Delivery of Services: If we fail to deliver the project as per the scope and within a reasonable timeframe, the client may request a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon project completion and full payment, the client will own the intellectual property rights to the developed WordPress website. Any third-party components or assets used in the project will be subject to their respective licenses.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement in writing with a notice period to be determined on a case-by-case basis. In case of project termination, the client may be responsible for payment for work completed until that point.
7. Confidentiality
We will keep any client information and project details confidential and will not disclose them to third parties without the client’s consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.
